Add and extra bowl with cover to your Raytech Tumble-Vibe 5 Model TV-5. Replace your bowl when it wears out or use multiple bowls during your polishing cycle. It's hard to completely clean all the grit out of a bowl so use a newer bowl for the fine polishing step and the bowl with more wear for the coarse stages. As bowls wear out rotate the newer bowls down to the earlier coarser stages of the polish process.

  • Golden Pocket Guide Rocks, Gems, and Minerals

Includes information on collecting and identifying minerals, and sections on metallic, nonmetallic, gem and rock-forming minerals, and on igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rocks.

This is a great little pocket guide to rocks and minerals. It uses color drawings to illustrate the rocks and minerals which I find is far more handy that pictures of museum quality specimens. Rocks and minerals in the field often don't know what they're supposed to look like so they are more average than those museum exhibits!

  • Roadside Geology of Arizona

The rise of mountains and the spread of deserts has marked the geologic history of Arizona. Landscapes that we see today are here because of landscapes of the past, and because of tremendous forces deep within the earth, forces that carry continents into collisions and then drag them apart again, forces of heat and pressure and the slow churning boil of the earth's interior. Landscape features result, too, from more comprehensible, more recent forces: the unending attack of water and wind and frost, the building of volcanoes, the short-term geologic happenings like landslides and rockfalls, earthquakes and floods, and a gopher digging a hole...

BelOMO 10x Triplet Loupe Magnifier with Plain Lanyard

The world's best selling loupe: the BelOMO 10x Triplet Loupe with the Plain Lanyard attached.
